Affidavit of Mailing Notice of Probate

Proof that you mailed the required notice of probate to all parties entitled to receive it. The court requires this before it will issue letters.

Proof of mailing must meet court standards.

The court requires proof that you notified every entitled party by mail. If the mailing list is incomplete or the affidavit isn't filed correctly, your letters won't be issued.
